She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Herman King and Edith Loretta King; her husband Joe Frank Roberts; her children, Catherine Loretta Vaughn (Gary), James Kyle Roberts (Donna) and Karen Elaine Royse (Jack); her grandchildren, Stacey Asher, Kristy Summers (BJ), Frank Roberts (Maria), Adam Roberts (Emily), John Roberts (Shelby), Elaine Ann Hampton (Andrew) and Alan Royse (Savanna); her great grandchildren, Molley Asher, Dylan Asher, Kimberly Summers, Kayla Kidd (Josh), Kamryn Summers, Issac Stevenson Roberts, Evelyn Jean Roberts, Josephine Marie Roberts, Eleanor Louise Roberts, Ben Alan Hampton, Henry Scott Hampton, Lena Ann Hampton, Jack Lewis Hampton, Lucy Elaine Hampton, Loretta Drew Hampton and Ella Brooke Royse; and her great great grandchildren, Atraeyus Pendygraft, Andrew Kidd, Dustin Kidd, Xavier Kidd and Micheal Kidd.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors (391 Southland Dr, Lexington, KY 40503). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
After his death Loretta joined the Quilts of Valor Foundation and made many quilts for veterans.
