She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Sizemore and John Sizemore; and her siblings, Elisha Sizemore, Maulta Yonts (Wes) and Doshia Perkins (Charles).
She is survived by: her daughter Jayne Caudill-Bielecki (Adam); her grandson Benjamin Bielecki (Amanda); her cousins, Carolyn Couch and Sue Dykes; and her husband Richmond J. Caudill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She was awarded the distinguished honor of Kentucky Colonel for her contributions to the state.
