She was predeceased by: her father Edmund Burdette; and her husband Mitchell Thompson. She is survived by: her mother Patsy Burdette; her children, Slade and Grace Thompson; her siblings, Anne Swencki (Jim), Jane Flynn (Tim), Lewis Burdette (Debbie), Pat Burdette (Ilona) and Martha Spalding (Steve); and her pet Elton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
