She was predeceased by: her husbands, Vernon B. Conway and Raymond Fulton Lee; her parents, William Horn and Jane Horn; and her sisters, Zula Hall, Anna and Laura Cranford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lavonne Conway Thomas (Misty) and Pamela Conway Harmon; her granddaughters, Melinda Turner (Ezequiel), Angella Turner, Dianna Mullins (Joseph), Christina Broughton and Kayla Harmon; and her nephew Lonnie Cox. She is also survived by six great-granddaughters, four great-grandsons, one great-great-granddaughter, a half-brother.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the David's Fork Baptist Church (3245 N Cleveland Rd, Lexington, KY 40516). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
