She was predeceased by: her husband Vollie Hodge; and her siblings, Una Meade, Ray and David Couch. She is survived by: her daughter Veronica Hodge Horvath of Lexington, KY; her granddaughter Aubrey Grace Horvath of Lexington, KY; and her sister Betty of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
