He is survived by: his wife Ann Weybrecht Hoten; and his children, Jeff (Diana), Laura (John), Chris (Leigh Anne) and Angela (Vincent III). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, several siblings, nieces and nephews.
