With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia G. Hilton (Lexington, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Patricia find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer (Edna Hilton) and Patricia; her brothers, Ronnie and Michael; her husband Bobby Kilgore of Bridgeport, Texas.; and her sons, Keith Kilgore of Cuyahoga Falls and Glen H. Kilgore of Clarksville, Tennessee..
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Hutson of Wadsworth, Ohio and Layne Kilgore of Lexington. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Dr. Hilton left an invaluable legacy to the medical community—she generously donated her brain to the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center at Sanders-Brown Center on Aging in Lexington, Kentucky in hopes that it might aid in their research. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent in honor of Dr. Patricia Hilton to the Alzheimer's Disease Research Fund at UK Sanders-Brown Center on Aging in Lexington, Kentucky, or to the Alzheimer's Association.
