She is survived by: her husband Upon; her daughter Jeanne Dennis (Jeffrey); her grandson Caleb; her son Ted Smejkal (Jodi); and her siblings, David Reese and Barbara Schriever (Bill).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors (391 Southland Dr, Lexington, KY 40503). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
