She is survived by: her children, Pam Rion (Todd) of Hamilton, OH, Robbie Smith (Bunny) of Lexington, Lorraine Smith of Lexington, Susan Hittle (Rodney) of Arcanum, OH, Gary Allen Smith Jr. of Lexington and Scott Smith (Lisa) of Nicholasville; and her brother Charles West (Lavada Ashcraft) of New Albany, IN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
