He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Phillips and Frank Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Miller-Phillips; his children, Chris Phillips (Karen), Nick Phillips, Shane Miller (MiMi), Candace Chipman (Nick) and Jenna Fabre (Rob); and his grandchildren, Natalie MulHolland, Carter Phillips, Claire Phillips, Jason Chipman and Ryder Phillips.
A Mass was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church (2141 Lancashire Ave, Louisville, KY 40205). A burial was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Eastwood Cemetery (1339 Poplar Level Rd, Louisville, KY 40217).
