He is survived by: his sister Mary Beth Grizzell of Columbus, OH; his sons, Matt Harmon and Mike Harmon (Susan); his grandchildren, Jordan Stanley (Brenden) of Lexington and John Austin Harmon of New London, CT; his great grandchildren, Cole Stanley and Drew Stanley of Lexington; Craig Lacko of Palm Springs, CA.

In his final professional role, Phil was CEO of The Good Samaritan Foundation in Lexington.
