In the vast expanse of eternity, Phyllis Gay shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Phyllis Gay farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Norton Reynolds and Arvin Edington; and her brothers, Raymond "Billy" Lemay and Danny Edington. She is survived by: her husband Jackie Bowman; and her siblings, Sarah Satterly, Charlene Jones and Stevie Edington. She is also survived by five great-grandsons and two great grand daughters.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Rd (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
