She is survived by: her children, Diana Ham (Steve) of Versailles, KY, Mark Starns (Lori) of Henderson, KY and Susan Pergram (Tim) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Ryan Ham, Lynsey Hunt (Chad), Rhea Zigmund (Chad), Cara Starns, Kelsey Starns (Shane Mees), Jeremy Starns (Michelle Marshall), Madison Starns, Landon Starns, Hannah Caldwell, Isaac Caldwell, Clay Pergram (Sarah) and Cameron Pergram (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Mya Henderson, Landry Henderson, Beckham Henderson, Jace Ham, Houston Rodgers, Memphis Rodgers, Hayden Shelby Rodgers, Seeley Pergram, Gray Pergram and Oliver Pergram; her sister-in-law June Starns; her caregiver Heather; Trish Starns of Lexington, KY.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
