Fraley (Cecil) of Morehead, Kentucky and Lesa B. Cundiff of Morehead, Kentucky; and his close friends, Tracy Wilson, Karri Doneghy, Sandra Price and Sarah Lyon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family.
