He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Black Spencer and Roy Edward Kendrick; and his stepfathers, John Smith and Don Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Cathie Kendrick; his children, Casey Kendrick and Sarah Deane; his granddaughter Addyson Kendrick; his siblings, Rick Kendrick (Judy) of Tennessee, Rodney Kendrick (Melica) of Georgia and Judy Amos (Gregg) of Georgia; and his nieces and nephews, Lacey, Tara, Tonja, Jason, Whitney and Josh.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Journey Church (320 Hope Ln, Versailles, KY 40383). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
