He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Norris and Iola Stone Norris; and his brother Larry Norris. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Norris; his children, Chris Norris (Gail) of Saint Augustine, FL, Mark Norris of Scott County, KY, Jason Norris of Saint Augustine, FL and Lori Norris of Lexington, KY; his stepchildren, Scott Chandler (Barbie) of Frisco, TX, John Chandler (Kim) of Georgetown, KY, James Chandler of Georgetown, KY and Michelle Shade (James) of Lexington, KY; his brothers, William Norris (Nancy) of Battle Creek, MI and Paul Norris of Battle Creek, MI; and his niece Kristi Saunders of Richmond, KY.
