It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Simmons of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Durbin and Richard Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Simmons and Megan Simmons; his siblings, Brenda Himes, Nancy Fox (Barry), Donna Cook (Ron) and Tom Fowler (Corenna); his grandchildren, Dylan Simmons, Macy, Khloe, Zoe and Abby Parrish; his great grandchild Oaklynn Mae Simmons; and his close friend Lisa Horn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
