She is survived by: her children, Kathy Collins of Lexington, KY, Richard Collins (Leslie) of Marietta, GA, Bob Collins (Lisa) of Crescent Springs, KY and Tim Collins (Kristine) of Geneva, IL.; her daughter-in-law Janette Collins; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Scout, Katherine, Matthew, Bridget, Natalie, Jillian and Frances.
