He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Parker and Mary Horn Parker; his daughter Cindy Miller; and his siblings, Charles Ray Parker, Hubert Parker, Betty Parker Wilcox, Gerald Snowden, Ola Mae Patrick and Dorothy Tomlin.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Reeves Parker; his children, Rhonda Blair (Mike), Karen Willoughby (Wendall), Peggy Martin, Cathy Parker and Mark Reeves (Tawna); and his sister Anna Slemp. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Scobee Funeral Home (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
