He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Slone; his daughters, Mary Diane Slone and Laura Slone Newsome (Brad); his grandchildren, Virginia Newsome Travers (Zack), MaryChunRong Collier Slone, Andrew Slone Newsome, Marshall Burger and Kendal Burger; his great grandchild Remington Bo Newsome; his sister Vivian Slone Gambill; his mother Kay Collier McLaughlin; Sadie.
