He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cox Spence; his daughters, Karen Horton (Arlen) and Debbie Small (Don); his grandchildren, Jade Allen and Dalton Allen; his sister Charlene; and his brother-in-law Larry of St. Paris, Ohio. He is also survived by many extended family members, church family, and friends.
