He is survived by: his wife Jane K. Cannaday; his children, Joan Lilly (Robin), Mark Kendrick (Joelle) and Cynthia Spears; and his grandchildren, Heather Cox, Chad Kendrick, Robert "Bob" Lilly, Sarah Burton, Abby Spears, Catesby Spears, Cecilia Kendrick and Noah Spears. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
