He is survived by: his wife Malaak Pearson of Georgetown; his sons, Roy "RJ" Smallwood, Jr. of Georgetown and Kaine Pearson of Georgetown; his brothers, Omer Smallwood, Jr. of Beattyville, Jonathan Smallwood of Beattyville and Ryan Smallwood of Berea, Kentucky; and his aunt Madge Moore of Beattyville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
