He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Filmore Addison and Eva Quillen Addison; his siblings, Winford R. Addison (Deloris), Lavina A. Hughes (Manford), Joseph M. Addison (Helen), Kenneth L. Addison, Clifford R. Addison (Mae Lena) and Polly A. McDaniel (Bernard); and his brother-in-law Jesse Clemons.
He is survived by: his sisters, June A. Clemons, Mary Jane Wilson (Robert) and Ada Frances Durbin (Paul); his sister-in-law Dorothy D. Addison; and his caregivers, Debbie Hamilton and Mary Trent. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
