He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell and Lula Mae Soard Cook; his siblings, James Wesley Cook and Joyce Brumfield; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Watkins and Stanley Billings.
He is survived by: his daughter Shawna Cabonnli (Ivan) of Phoenix, Arizona; and his sisters, Patricia Ann Watkins of Covington, Mary L. Creech of Lexington and Lena Billings of Lexington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
