She is survived by: her children, Melva Ramona Helenburg (Daryll) of Lexington, Harold Donald "Donnie" Fields, Jr. of Independence, KY, Christopher W. Fields of Lexington and Jeffrey O. Fields (Windy) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Stacy Gumm, Kristin Pritchett, Joshua Fields, Corey Fields and Jennifer Fleming; and her sister Victoria Wainscott of Lexington. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
