He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy T. Blair and Connie Mills Blair; his sister Summer Blair; and his sister-in-law Rochelle "Rusty" Blair. He is survived by: his children, Christopher James Blair and Lindsey Blair; his siblings, Anthony Blair (LeeAnn), Stoney Blair, Kathy Werner (Kevin) and Kelly Phillips (Mike); and his grandchildren, Adrianna, Avery of Gabriella, R. J., Kyrie and Kysen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
