Blair of Lexington, KY; her children, Tara Minix of Paintsville and James R. (Hopson); and her sisters, Melinda Wheeler of Verona, Amanda Castaneda of Greenwood, IN and Jan Fry of Huntington, WV.. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and many beloved cousins.
