He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Worrell and Jean H. Worrell; and his pet Champ. He is survived by: his brother Steve Worrell (Vanessa); his nephews, Brent Worrell (Karri) of Lexington and Evan Worrell (Audrey) of Richmond; his niece Megan Lipic (Garrett) of Lexington; and his great-nieces, Madeline Worrell of Lexington and Alexandra Worrell of Lexington.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Markey Cancer Center.
