Sherrie E. Human Obituary
We announce the death of Sherrie E. Human of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on October 27, 2026, at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her significant other Marvin Smoak; her parents, Margaret Lynn Human Rees and Howard Human; her stepfather Doug Rees; and her stepdaughter Kim Smoak McNulty.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Julie Smoak; her stepsisters, Jennie Rees of Lexington and Kathy Rees Johnson of Lexington; and her friends, Marie Lippert of Lexington, Diane Sedoris of Lexington, Lorie Naylor of Lexington, Don Dean, Tom Green, Mike White, Randall Polley, Robin Polley and Phil Heink.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home (463 E Main St, Lexington, KY 40507). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Old North Bar (101 W Loudon Ave Ste 116, Lexington, KY 40508). A celebration of Sherrie's life will be held at Old North Bar in Greyline Station, Lexington, on November 15th beginning at 3:00; please RSVP to CelebrateSherrie@aol. com.
