She is survived by: her children, Florenda Kaye Wells (Danny), Everett J. Reffitt and Vickie McCray (Tom); and her siblings, Prentice Slone (Susie), Lewanda Denny (Hess), Teresa Sharpe and Charlene Deathridge. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Lexington Humane Society.
