She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Lawrence Mooney and Margaret Jean Page Mooney; and her sister Carolyn Mooney Schneidt. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" C. Foley; her children, Chantay Foley, Kevin Foley, Megan Foley Payne (Garrett) and Andrew Clayton Foley (Baylee); and her grandchildren, Halee Lamm, Hunter Lamm, Peyton Lamm, Reagan Foley, Hannah Foley and Ryan James Payne.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Rd (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Harrodsburg Road (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at the Blue Grass Memorial Gardens (4915 Harrodsburg Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
