He is survived by: his sons, Michael Haggard (Melissa Haggard) and James (Tiffany Haggard); his sisters, Helen Joyce Manley and Dr. Dorothy Cavender; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Haggard and Donna Haggard. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
