She is survived by: her father Paul Spears (Judy) of Argillite; her stepparent Thomas Adams of Ashland, Kentucky; her fiancé David Frasure; her siblings, Brian Spears (Amber) of Flatwoods, Joshua Barker (Rhonda) of Argillite, Christopher Barker (Alisa) of Ashland, Kentucky, Jennifer Messer (Josh) of Grayson, Lorena (David Johnson) of Ashland and Becca Adams of Ashland, Kentucky; her aunt Ginger Nolen of Ashland, Kentucky; her uncle Lewis Johnson (Martha) of South Shore, Kentucky; her nieces and nephews, Hailee LeMaster (Luke), Natalie Phillips (Hayden), Grace Willis, Dahliyla Spears, Matthew Reedy, Cameron Smith, James Robinson and Mark Burkhart; and her great-nieces, Scarlett LeMaster and Everley Phillips. She is also survived by friends and her dog.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Reed Funeral Home (612 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
