He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Gallagher and Dorothy Gallagher. He is survived by: his siblings, James Gallagher (Kristine), Susan Schlich (John) and Patricia Schuette (Brent). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Spirit Parish at Uk University of Kentucky Newman Center Lexington (320 Rose Ln, Lexington, KY 40508).
