She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest G. Gravitt; her parents, William Ritchie and Gladys Bradford Ritchie; and her sister Billie Baker. She is survived by: her sons, Barry Wayne Gravitt (Brenda) of Berrien Springs, MI, Forrest Dean Gravitt (Terri) of Southport, NC and Daryl Keith Gravitt (Dorenda) of Lexington. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Rd (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Blue Grass Memorial Gardens (4915 Harrodsburg Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Benevolence Fund at Tates Creek Christian Church.
