He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Collins and Mamie Louise Turley Collins; and his sister Nola Louise Matthews. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hance Collins of Lexington Three; his children, Eric Scott Collins (Kimberly) of Louisiana, Natasha Lee Reeves (Claud) of Alabama and Elisha Marie Collins of Alabama; his stepdaughter Sophia Lynn Tebo (Chris) of New York One; his sister Yasmin Bittaye of Frankfort Nine; and his grandchildren, Katie Reeves, Madison Freeman, Levi Reeves, Rylee Reeves, Emersyn Reeves, Nadia Collins, Karlee Collins, Gracelyn Clark and Dalton Tebo. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
