He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Irvine and Audrey Jenkins Smith; and his sister Leadonia "Dee Dee" Jenkins. He is survived by: his brother Gerald Edward Smith; his stepsister Donna Lee Davis; and his aunt Sallie Madison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews', cousins, other relatives and friends.
