She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin E. Cox and Bernice Cox (White); her son Mitchell Hines; and her sister-in-law Daphne Cox. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Egan (Mike); her daughter-in-law Amy Hines; her grandchildren, Shyler Fischbach (Nate), Madison Dalton (Chris), Matthew Egan, Jacob Martin (Marce) and Virginia Grace "Gracie" Hines; her great grandchildren, Colton Dalton, Reid Fischbach, Eli Fischbach and Jaxon Dalton; and her brother Douglas Cox.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Centenary Church (2800 Tates Creek Rd, Lexington, KY 40502). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
