He was predeceased by: his grandfather Robert "Bob" Johnson; his aunt Tonya Johnson McGinnis; and his grandparents, Alan Donta and Virginia Virgin. He is survived by: his mother Teresa May Johnson of Grayson, Kentucky.; his pets, Maya and Chewy; his siblings, Nathan Virgin (Mary) of Greenup, Tina Blevins of Grayson and Bobbi Ison (Travis) of Grayson; his grandmother Juanita Johnson; and his close friend Peggy Bradley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and coworkers.
