He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle "Shelly" Smith (Joseph "Beau") of Brandon Jay and Sheena Gail Adams; and his siblings, Burnett "Bud" Adams (Chris) of Paulding, Tony Adams (Linda) of Letcher, Janet Hill (Roger) of Hazard and Debbie Adams (Woody) of Jeremiah. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
