He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" K. Robbins; his children, William "Bill" D. Robbins II and Elizabeth "Betsy" C. Utley (Robbins); his granddaughters, Elizabeth "Tina" C. Robbins, Jennifer M. Robbins and Sarah M. Thomas (Robbins); his daughter-in-law Terri A. Robbins (Haynes); and his grandson-in-law Ryan P. Thomas.
