He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Myers Leake. He is survived by: his children, Alan Leake (Kim) and Whitney Heisler (Jeff); his grandchildren, Quin Heisler (Christina), Brice Heisler (Isabel), Austin Leake (Patricia), Mason Heisler (Rebecca), Lindsey Leake and Meredith Wallingford (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Reed, Savannah, Elsie, Bowen and Ivy Heisler.
