She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Milton Long and Nettie Belle Barlow Long; and her husband John Ray Hayes. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Ray Hayes (Sheila) of Campbellsville and Thomas Russell Hayes; her grandchildren, Michael and Bethany Hayes; and her sister Faye Murphy of Decatur, IL..
