She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon Lee Phelps of Liberty, Eighteen and Deloris Ann Hines of Liberty, Eighteen; and her siblings, Melinda Pemberton of Stanford, Willard Luttrell of Liberty, Sherry Luttrell of Liberty, Sam Crew of Russell Springs and Phillip Dale McQueary (Preceding) of Russell Co. She is also survived by Eighteen Grandchildren, Two Great Grandchildren.
