It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Noel of Liberty, Kentucky, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Noel and Elizabeth Jane Wethington Noel; her granddaughter Josie Noel; and her brother William Ray Noel. She is survived by: her son Robert "Bob" Noel (Sandra Allen) of Stanford; and her grandson Marcus Warfield (Christine Ping).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bartle Funeral Home Chapel (142 KY-49, Liberty, KY 42539). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
