He was predeceased by : his grandmother Sherrie Johnson. He is survived by : his parents, Sherrie Johnson Foley of Liberty and Jason Foley; his sisters, Abby of Liberty and Bella Foley of Liberty; his grandparents, Phillip, Sharon Foley of Liberty and Glen Johnson (Sharon) of Inez, KY; and his aunts and uncles, Matt, Tiffany Foley, Jessica, Nelson Grubbs and Megan McClure. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
