He is survived by : his wife Amy Darlene Terry Salmon; his daughter Sarah Beth Thomas (Chris) of Glasgow, Five; his grandchildren, Adam Brown, Vanessa Ray, Kristen Thomas, Joshua Pruitt and Tiffany Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Brown, Garrett Brown, Carlton Ray, Vaughn Ray, Michael Gasgin and Jamison Gaddie.
