He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Meeks and Mary Douglas Meeks; his wife Betty Maupin Meeks; and his siblings, Veb Meeks, Tom Roberts, Paul Roberts, Iona Meeks, Thelma Rae Meeks, Nina Roberts and Marcella Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Jody Lowe (Ronnie) of Yosemite, Rita Passmore of Indianapolis, Debbie Crew of Liberty and Junior Hubble (Sue) of Danville; his stepson Mike Malone (Donna) of Liberty; and his sisters, Laura Garmon (Vern) of Geneseo, IL and Betty Breadon (Mike) of New Albany, IN.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren.
