It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Smith of Liberty, Kentucky, born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 14, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent Colbert Smith. He is survived by : his mother Christine Fyfe Jenkins of West Liberty; his daughter Crystal Michelle Smith of Florida; and his sisters, Sue Adkins of West Liberty, Mary Johnson of West Liberty and Marsha Adkins of West Liberty.
